DAY 2

OPENING CEREMONY: LIVE LOUD JAMAICA 2024

We officially kick off Live Loud Jamaica 2024! We give a warm welcome to our travel team, highlight our valued local partners, and embrace our extended Good Life family based in Jamaica.

“SAY CHEESE'‘ & “LIT LAB” (dental and literacy clinic for kids)

Following the formalities, let's dive into our first two initiatives. “Say Cheese” is a dental clinic aimed at educating young boys and girls in the Southside community about oral health. We will offer free cleanings and provide them with dental kits.

While waiting their turn, we'll keep the kids of the community engaged with “Lit Lab," a literacy clinic that offers read-alongs featuring books by local authors and other fun and educational craft projects reinforcing the literacy theme.

“JUBILATÉ” (Joo-bi-lah-teh) - An outburst. of Joy and Triumph!

We top off our first full day in Jamaica with “Jubilaté”, our expression of joy and triumph in the streets of downtown Kingston. There will be an outburst of praise and worship as we showcase local music and local talent to share a message of hope with the community. We’ll be dancing in the streets!

Day 3

“CHURCH TAKEOVER”

Join us as we completely take over a local church in Kingston. We're not just attending church; we're actively involved, serving in every capacity, from kids church to the parking lot to sharing from the pulpit and on the worship team. Experience the vibrant spirit of a Sunday service, Jamaican style!

“MOMS LIVE LOUD”

Later that evening, Good Life will host “A Mother’s Nature”, an event geared towards moms of all ages featuring guest speaker Dr. Pat Morgan. We invite all moms, future moms, and all those who have moms to join us as Dr. Pat discusses the topic of her books, “How to Raise Children of Destiny” and “How to Raise Children of Dominion." We are particularly excited about this event given our recent partnership with the Women’s Centre Foundation of Jamaica, a school for adolescent mothers.

DAY 4

“PAINT THE CITY”

We head back to the inner-city community of Southside to continue our community service in the heart of Kingston, Jamaica.

Get messy with us at our “Paint the City” event. Let’s give the City Life community center a facelift by painting a colorful mural that reflects the spirit and soul of this dynamic community. Our mission is to uplift this huge warehouse, which is in the process of being transformed into Jamaica’s only 24-hour inner-city community center.

COMMUNITY WORK

We will also open up our “Community Purse Fund," a dedicated donor resource to swiftly address the urgent needs of selected families and small businesses facing significant challenges in the community. Guided by talented local artists and contractors, the Live Loud team will roll up our sleeves to complete these hands-on projects.

DAY 5

THE WOMEN’S CENTER (Ocho Rios)

In Jamaica, adolescent mothers face barriers to education as they're often not allowed to stay in school. However, the Women’s Centre of Jamaica Foundation (WCJF), established in 1978, exists to change that. Our mission with Team Live Loud is to empower these young women through personal development workshops, boosting their confidence and self-esteem. Additionally, we provide much-needed school supplies and essential care packages for both mother and baby.

BEACH DAY

Once we’ve completed our mission, take some time to enjoy the sun, sand, food, and beach in the renowned tourist destination, Ocho Rios!

DAY 6

“BREAKFAST ON THE BEACH”

The next day on our journey takes us out of town to Hellshire Beach in St. Catherine, to visit “Screechies”, one of the finest seafood spots in Jamaica.

“CULTURE NIGHT”

Later, immerse yourself in the essence of Jamaican culture through an evening that local hosts have carefully curated. This will be one evening with many diverse experiences as groups within our team venture off with their respective hosts to discover hidden gems and engage in authentic activities, providing an unforgettable glimpse into the vibrant local life!

DAY 7

“THREE IN ONE”

CHOICE CHRISTIAN ACADEMY & VICTORY ACADEMY

For the very first time, we will be visiting three schools in one day. Our first stop takes us to Choice Christian Academy and Victory Academy, two of the five schools that Good Life has adopted. During our visit, we dedicate the day to conducting fun and engaging personal development workshops tailored just for the students. We will also be renovating the principal's office at Choice Christian Academy.

THE WOMEN’S CENTRE (Kingston),

We will then make our second visit to the Women’s Center. This time, it’s their main campus in Kingston. Once again, our mission is to empower these young women through personal development workshops, boosting their confidence and self-esteem. Additionally, we provide much-needed school supplies and essential care packages for both mother and baby.

DAY 8

PORT ANTONIO PRIMARY SCHOOL

Port Antonio Primary School is one of Jamaica's larger primary schools. Being the very first school that we adopted seven years ago, we have a special connection with the entire staff and kids. This year, we bring our transformative personal development workshops to the 800 bright young minds, and we're not stopping there; we're also turning the staff room into an oasis for their dedicated teachers.

THE WOMEN’S CENTRE (Port Antonio)

Then we will make our third visit to The Women’s Centre. We're excited to extend our impact to the young women in Port Antonio, empowering the adolescent mothers with our unique personal development curriculum. Additionally, we provide much-needed school supplies and essential care packages for both mother and baby.

DAY 9

“FUN IN THE HILLS”

On our final day, we ascend to the hills of Clarendon. Murray's Fish and Jerk Hut will once again host our Live Loud Team along with our local Good Life friends for an unforgettable feast of top-tier cuisine and vibrant music.

“WALK GOOD” (good bye) - Our farewell event

As the day draws to a close, we gather for our farewell celebration and our highly anticipated awards ceremony, "Walk Good!"

DAY 10

“LIKKLE MORE!”

All good things must come to an end. As the Live Loud Experience 2024 draws to a close, our team bids farewell to Kingston and heads home after an incredible week of transformative adventures.

Jamaicans don't like to say goodbye; instead, they say, "LATA! TOMORROW! or LIKKLE MORE!" to signify that it's not really goodbye, but rather, see you again soon!
