How do I coordinate my transfers to and from the airport?
Once your travel itinerary is confirmed, the Live Loud team will coordinate your transfers to and from the airport.
* Airport transfer fees will vary based on arrival time and are not included in the package. Cost will range between $50 -$100 and as we coordinate travel itineraries we will be sure to let you know.
Do I need a passport to travel to Jamaica?
A passport is required for international travel. Your passport must be valid for the period of intended stay in the island. Please check your expiration date before making travel plans. If you do not have a passport, please start the application process as soon as possible.
Most countries (USA, Canada, UK, Caribbean Countries) do not need a visa to enter Jamaica. Click HERE to confirm that you are exempt from visas.
Do I need travel insurance?
Most travelers are not aware that their health insurance will not cover them outside of the country. In the event you become ill during your travels, medical care may be expensive. Travel insurance not only covers lost baggage, but most will have worldwide emergency assistance coverage. We highly recommend you research travel insurance options with your insurance provider.

Are meals included in the Live Loud package?
We will provide catered dinners throughout your stay. Breakfast and lunch are not included however, meals in Jamaica are relatively inexpensive and may cost around $10 - $15 (USD).
Are all the excursions mandatory?
All excursions are optional as a result that cost to participate is not included. The size of our group will help us to determine the most suitable excursions. We intend to make use of group rates therefore the cost of excursions will be determined when we are able to finalize the number of participants.

The Live Loud home base is located on the University of the West Indies Campus in Kingston.

You have the option to choose double occupancy (roommates) or a private room (limited availability). If you have a preferred roommate or if you are traveling as a married couple, please let us know so that we can assign rooms accordingly.
